My Pet Walker

All clients and pets will be enrolled on the My Pet Walker (MPW) management system.

This system holds a profile for you and your pet which you can access and update whenever needed. You can also view and manage all of your current bookings.

Dog owners will need to update their dogs vaccination information annually.

All clients should review their information occasionally especially when something changes e.g. you move house or vet.

Regular Day Care

Clients who have agreed days can book their required day care sessions.

Please only book your agreed days! This prevents other client’s spaces being taken by accident any I may end up with too many dogs, for extra sessions please see below.

Occasional Day Care

Occasional Day Care sessions are usually possible, please Whatsapp or message to check availability.

Boarding

Once we have agreed your boarding dates we will enter them on the system for you.

You can see the booked sessions in the app by clicking the bookings section.

Walking

Dog Walking clients can book their regular 11am or 1pm slots for group walking sessions.


Please WhatsApp or message me for any extra or different days as I need to make sure I am able to do them.

Welfare Checks (Cat feeding and care at clients house)

Please Whatsapp or message to check availability. If your dates are available we will book them in for you.

Where is the link to download the app or access the system?

You can download the app for mobiles phones and also access it on a computer.


Logging in

Click on the “Sign in” button, your login to the system is your phone number. Please check with us if you have any problems.


Payments

The default payment method is “Invoiced”.

At the end of the month (or service) you will be issued with an invoice, these are accessible in the App and you should also get it sent to your registered email address.

Current payment methods are Card, Bank Transfer, Cash and Bitcoin.


It won’t let me book a date?

  1. It may be a bank holiday? https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays
  2. The service may be full for that day
  3. We may be closed

Where Do I enter Vet consent?

In My Pet Walker click the “Pets” button > select your pet > Click “Health” button > scroll to bottom.

If your pet does need a vet visit, this will speed up their treatment as the vet will not have to first contact you to get consent for treatment. If a vet cannot contact you they may refuse to treat your pet).


How do I know my service is booked?

In My Pet Walker, click the “Bookings” button. This will show everything that is currently booked for your pet.
