Arrival and Departure Time
As a general rule, we open at 8am and latest pickup is 10pm.
Day care is usually 8am – 6pm (but I will try to work with your schedule where possible!)
Food
Please provide enough food to cover your pets stay with us. If we do run out we will get more of the same (or the best alternative). We have a fridge for chilled dog food and have freezer capacity for frozen packets.
Treats are welcomed, especially ones that are shareable.
Toys
We have so many toys it is almost silly. I would advise not sending anything you would not want lost or destroyed. Many plushies have been obliterated and I would rather they wreck ours!
Price Adjustments
All pricing may change without notice. Holiday booking prices will be honoured and not adjusted to changes. Reviews of pricing are conducted approximately quarterly. We always aim to offer excellent value while providing super fun and loving services for your pets.
Pet Collection & Return
Pets can be collected from your home and/or returned but this is not a normal part of our business and needs special arrangements. There is a base charge of £15 for on foot collections and returns. Vehicle transport will usually be with a member of staff and the cost variable. You are welcome to arrange a pet taxi yourself but please check we will be in to receive your pet.
Uber have recently started providing the Pet service in Nottingham!
Overnight dog boarding (at our home) – £40
This covers up to 24 hours pet care and includes all feeding and walks etc.
Early drop off’s and later pickups are no problem as long as there is the capacity to add on an additional pet day care session.

This covers up to 10 hours, arrival and departures are flexible but usually we operate arrivals from 8am with latest collections around 10pm. Day care service includes all feeding and walks etc.

Dog walking – £15
We will take your dog for a nice walk around the local area. Walks are tailored to your dogs ability and this price covers at least 30 minutes (but usually nearer 1 hour walk)
On very hot days, where walking is not suitable, I may collect your dog and bring it to my house where it can have a play with other visitors, have some icy treats and have a paddle in the pool before being taken back to your house.
Rain is not usually a problem, but please do leave a towel out so we can dry your dog a bit on return. Rainy day walks will avoid muddy areas as best possible.
We usually take dogs out as a group and try to limit it to 3 dogs per walker where possible.
Client house pet feeding & care – £15 (1 daily visit) or £25 (2 daily visits)
Cats really do not like change, especially being removed from their home (e.g. cattery stays). With home visits your cats can stay in their own home hugely lowering stress while you are away.
We will visit your home to feed and fuss your pet, check they are happy and safe and keep the litter tray clean.
This service is also excellent for people with small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.
We can help you with these visits if you are within about 2km radius of Sydney Road, Wollaton, NG81LH.
I strongly advise leaving out things like spray cleaner, kitchen roll & bin bags so I can clean up any accidents.
For people with a deadlock nightlatch, it is advised to provide 2 keys.
